ugh, im so messy in the mornings…
anywayyys, here is my morning snack!
its a smoothie-shake thing, made with
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 orange
- 1 carrot
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
- a splash of orange juice!
its a pretty orange colour, and sweet, without any added sugars.
for breaky i only had a coffee and a slice of flax bread with natural peanut butter and elderberry jam :) it was gewd.
it’s my day off, so i thought i’d take a little more time into what i eat today. i also woke up early at 8am bc i slept at 8pm. omg, was it much neeeeeded! PLUS, im working everyday till sunday starting tomorrow. gunna try to relax (:
